β§ Please do not ask me to try to attempt other people's style.
I have the right to decline any commission I do not feel comfortable with, for whatever reason, without explanation. A refund will be issued if this occurs.ββΉ Work Flow βΉββ§ I will start working AFTER FULL PAYMENT is recieved.
β§ After I start, you cannot request a refund.
UNLESS something prevents me from working/finishing.
β§ I work Monday - Friday, and do strictly personal projects on the weekends. I'll only work on weekends if a deadline is coming up.
β§I'll send a least 2 WIP's during every commission, unless specified.
I will send one during Sketch Phase and when it's completed to be reviewed.
β§ During the Sketch Phase, you will have 1 major and a 2 minor revisions.
Revisions due to my own negligence do not count towards these.
β§ Without a rush fee, PLEASE do not rush me.
β§ I will always try my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but life can happen and cause delays. If a delay WILL occur, I will notify you as soon as possible.ββΉ Usage Rights βΉβ
β§ I retain the rights over all my created works.
β§ Adopts/Design rights will be transfered to client/purchaser, but that does not remove me as the creator.
β§ My commissions by default can be used for streaming, recording, or personal use.
Crediting is appreciated and encouraged.
β§ If you are wanting to sell merch/sell my art to someone else, PLEASE discuss with me first.
Commercial fees may apply.
β§ DO NOT use my work to train AI or sell as a NFT.
β§ Any unfair chargebacks will enforce a block and blacklist.ββΉ Final Delivery βΉββ§ All finished commission pieces will include a watermark (excluding emotes)
β§ Finished work will be sent with a preview and a .zip file.
Payment tells me that you have read and accept these terms.
